Ingredients Ox tail Carrots Onions Potatoes Bacon 6-8 slices Savourings Flour Salt White pepper Beef broth Bay leave Red wine Tomato paste Method 1. Wash Ox tail, drain dry. Put Ox tail into a plastic bag with flour, salt and pepper to mix up. 2. Brown Ox tail with little oil. Put Ox tail into a pot and cover with beef broth. Add mix vegetables: Carrots, potatoes, onions, bay leave. 3. Fry bacon and add to the pot. 4. Boil for 3 hours and add tomato poste. 5. Can add 125 ml of red wine.
