Stars of WiLAT

Star of WiLAT (SOW) award encourage young women to come forward and be recognized.    It is the pipeline of talents for the continuous development of WiLAT without losing sight of our next generation’s involvement.

​The Global SOW is awarded by CILT International President with a full sponsorship to attend the year of ICM.   The Star is being awarded during the President Dinner at ICM.
