Preliminary discussion to set up a WiLAT in Kenya

Global WiLAT Chairperson held a meeting with CILT International SG, Keith Newton and Special Advisor to COT on Africa, Chief Teete on 16th April with Lillian Kemunto from Kenya who was keen to form a WiLAT there.
