On 15 March 2025, UniKL MIAT hosted Free Market 8.0, a meaningful Ramadan initiative led by Mdm Mahyana bt Mukhtar, Senior Counsellor and Program Director at UniKL MIAT. This initiative, supported by CILTM, brought together various community members, including Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Jessica Ong, Chairperson of WiLAT Malaysia, Dr. Hazariah Mohd Noh, Chairperson of Next Gen Malaysia, Mdm Carol Wong, Treasurer of WiLAT Malaysia, and Ms. Ida Syarmilla from the CILTM Office. Students from Saito University also actively participated. The event demonstrated the spirit of unity, generosity, and empowerment, with WiLAT & Next Gen CILT Malaysia working together to give back to the community, spreading compassion during the blessed month of Ramadan.
