The Road Safety Council (MKJR) of Kedah, CILTM Kedah & Perlis Section, CILT Malaysia, and the Road Transport Department (JPJ) of Kedah successfully hosted a road safety program at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) on January 14, 2025. The event aimed to raise road safety awareness among students and the local community, fostering stronger collaboration between educational institutions, government agencies, and the private sector. Activities included road safety exhibitions, talks by JPJ, video screenings, and poster competitions, with over 220 participants attending. The event also featured the JPJ Mobile Service Counter and the donation of 100 helmets. Several partners contributed to the program, and participants were able to register through a provided link.
