WiLAT Malaysia: LANGKAWI INTERNATIONAL MARITIME & AEROSPACE EXHIBITION (LIMA’25)

On 20 May 2025, the Women, Peace & Security Conference was held as a key feature of the Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA’25), bringing together stakeholders from the defence, aerospace, and maritime sectors. A notable session, moderated by Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Jessica Ong FCILT, Chairperson of WiLAT, CILT Malaysia, emphasized the critical role of women in advancing a more secure and inclusive global landscape. CILT Malaysia, serving as the Official Academia Partner for LIMA’25, demonstrated strong institutional support for this important initiative.
