The WITI Forum 2025 reaffirmed that empowering women is key to achieving resilient and inclusive growth in ASEAN. Across all sessions, participants echoed the same message — that when women are supported through policy, mentorship, and innovation, entire economies thrive. WiLAT Malaysia commends the organisers and all panellists for their commitment to advancing women’s leadership in trade, sustainability, and digital transformation.  The forum not only celebrated women’s achievements but also charted a shared vision for a more equitable ASEAN economy. “Together, we rise — as leaders, innovators, and changemakers across ASEAN.”

Speakers advised SMEs — especially women-led enterprises — to leverage government support through MATRADE’s MyExport, INSP, and Export Acceleration Missions (EAMs). They encouraged participants to approach trade exhibitions not just for sales but as learning platforms to study global market trends. “Research, Readiness, and Relationships are the three pillars of export success,” concluded the panel.
