MS Excel and Power BI workshop (Online Webinar Series) – 23rd November to 14th December 2023

In the present corporate world, data analytics and data management play a major role on management decision making. Identifying the importance of data science in day-to-day work life, WiLAT Membership Services pillar organized a Microsoft Excel and Power-BI workshop as part of its Soft Skills Development project. The workshop was conducted as online webinar series via ZOOM. The target audience included CILT members, student members and further extended to non-member university students who were willing to take the learning opportunity of Excel and power BI applications. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Sadeesha De Silva, Senior Data Analyst at Abans Group and approx. 40 participants registered for the workshop. There were 4 sessions, 2 hours each, conducted with practical application scenarios for participants. Microsoft Excel and Power BI Workshop was successfully concluded and we believe that every participant acquired a vital skill that will aid them in their careers. Further participants who completed the workshop will be awarded with a certificate issued by WiLAT.
