WiLAT launched its 23rd Chapter Madagaskar

WiLAT Madagascar was virtually launched as the 23rd WiLAT chapter on Friday, 13 November 2020 in the presence of a gathering of the top brass of CILT and WiLAT executive members and guests. WiLAT Madagascar Chairperson Ms. Liliane Melquiond, who works as Head of Communication Unit at the Port of Toamasina, Madagascar, presented the action plan of WiLAT Madagascar for the year 2020-2021.
